Keyuan Garden

Spread over an area of 2,200 square meters, the Keyuan Garden is the former residence of Zhang Jingxiu, a Vice Governor during the Qing Dynasty. The Garden is located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. It is designed in the Lingnan architectural style. Zhang liked and was adept at painting and writing prose and poetry. He liked beautiful things and had a wonderful stone collection. He often invited renowned poets, scholars, and artists to this residence. Hence, the Lingnan style of painting has become a popular branch of Chinese painting over the years. While you are at the property, you must see the artistically designed Kezhou Pool, Orchid Platform, Ketang Hall, Bend Pool, pavilions and bridges.
