The lake in Zhejiang Province is one of three lakes in the world with the same name. Qiandao Hu is the biggest artificial lake in entire China and it spreads on more than 220 square miles of surface. More than one thousand small lakes are spread throughout the surface and the scenery is extremely appealing to photographers.
Monkey Island is among the popular islands in Qiandao Hu. You can enjoy watching the monkeys, but it is not advisable to feed them because they might hurt you. Other islands worth visiting include Santan Islands, Snake Island, and Meifengguan Island.
