Jiangxi Provincial Museum

Located near the People’s Square in the center of Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, China is the interesting Jiangxi Provincial Museum. This popular tourist attraction is spread over an area of 35,000 square meters, of which 13,000 square meters is the exhibition area. It is divided into the Nature Museum, History Museum, and the Revolution Museum. There are 34,000 exhibits collected since ancient times that reflect the history, culture, artistry, and prosperity of the province over the centuries. The relics include archeological finds (Han Dynasty), ceramics, jade items, vessels made of bronze and precious metals, ancient calligraphy, paintings, etc. There is also a huge collection of photos and documents depicting the Jiangxi people’s efforts during the Revolution.
