Ningbo Baoguo Temple is one of the most famous temples located under the Feishilin Mountain, Ningbo City. The Temple is more than a thousand years old. The original founders of the Temple were the Han Dynasty members. However, the present Temple was modified, re-built and different from the first one. Still, it is one of the most beautiful examples of wooden temple architecture in China. It is well-preserved and reflects the creativity of the architects at its best. It is interesting that insects and birds do not visit this place. The destination is well-connected with the city center by busses and local taxi services.
