The lovely Xiao Yu Shan Park has the distinction of being the highest vantage point for seeing the Yellow Sea and the Port of Qingdao. It is situated on the Small Fish Hill which is only 60-meters tall. You will get the best photographs from the Lanchao Pavilion which is the topmost one on the hill. The roof of this 18-meters tall building rises above the surrounding trees and provides an unobstructed view of Qingdao City with its skyscrapers and the magnificent Huiqan Bay with its stunning beaches. There are a number of hotels and resorts nearby when tourists can stay and enjoy the beauty of the sea-and-mountains landscape of Qingdao.
