The Pudacuo National Park, also called the Potatso National Park is located near Shangri-La, Yunnan Province, China. There is a whole treasure-trove of attractions at the Park, namely the Bita and Shudu Lakes, and the Militang Grasslands. Within these three main areas there are countless emerald-green lakes, dense forests, lush pastures, and quaint little minority villages. You can use the bus service that takes you around the Park which stops at each scenic spot so that you can explore. You will also get to see many migratory birds, fish, and grazing sheep at various spots. The forests are believed to have many leopards, bears, deer, pheasants, etc. Trekking and boating are also popular activities here.
