Wulong Gong (Five Dragon Temple)

The Wulong Gong (Five Dragon Temple) is surrounded by the most picturesque scenery in a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Located on Wudang Shan (mountain), Hubei Province, China this temple was built in honor of Zhen Wu, a Taoist guru who founded the Shaolin martial arts techniques of Kungfu and Tai Chi. The temple has a superb backdrop of the Tianzhu Peak and a colorful valley facing it. All around the temple, there are thick green forests, lakes, ponds, waterfalls, pavilions, temples, colorful caves, and many other attractions. It is also a great place for trekkers to take a break before moving further up the mountains.
