Wuhan's First Yangzi River Bridge

The Wuhan Yangtze Great Bridge (Great Bridge) is a very unique structure in Wuhan, China. It is a 1.6Kms long bridge that goes across the Yangtze River. It connects the Gui Hill on the northern bank to the Snake Hill that is situated on the southern bank of the river. The bridge has two decks – one for the road and one for the railway lines. On the upper deck there is a two-way automobile highway that has four lanes each. The lower deck has two railway tracks of the Guangzhou-Beijing railway line. The Gui Hill, Yellow Crane Tower, Qingchuan Pavilion, and Tanhualin Street are some of the popular tourist spots in the vicinity.
