Wenchang Pagoda

The Wenchang Pagoda in Beihai, Guangxi Province, China is also known as the Wenbi Pagoda (literary talent). This beautiful 36-meters tall Pagoda is a 7-storied octagonal Ming Dynasty structure. It follows the Feng Shui (Wind Water) directional positioning of buildings, rooms, furniture, etc. which is believed to be lucky. Hence, the Pagoda has been significant since ancient times. Even today people pray here for intelligent and well-behaved children. When you look in the south direction from the top floor of the Pagoda you will get a fantastic panoramic view of the Beihai City and the nearby Dongpo Pavilion.
