Jile Temple

Spread over a vast expanse of 5.7 hectares, the Jile Temple is situated in Harbin, China. It has various sections like the Mountain Gate, The Hall of Mahavira, the Scriptures Storing tower, the Heavenly King Hall, Chanting Hall, Side Hall, Anyang Hall, Shifang Hall, and the accommodation of the monks. The most prominent structure is a seven-storied pagoda that forms part of the temple. It is 30 meters tall and has eight upturned eaves. The bronze statues of Sakyamuni Buddha, Medicine Guru, Amitabha, Samantabhadra, Bodhisattva Manjusri, Swanyin, and Ksitigarbha are an awe-inspiring sight. If you visit the place in April you can see the exciting temple fair.
